- The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel.

Sun & Skin Terms & Conditions
- The Sun & Skin prize consists of a £500 SPF and skincare bundle, tailored to the winner’s skin type and concerns following completion of a skin quiz. Products will be selected at Sun & Skin’s discretion, based on availability, while maintaining the stated retail value.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

Booking & Availability
- The prize is subject to availability and directly with the hotel.
- The stay includes breakfast and free access to group sessions of Yoga, Yoga Kids, Functional Training, Trekking, Discovery Trek, Family Challenge, Treasure Hunt Discovering the Organic Garden, To the Rhythm of the Chickens, Chocolate Muffins and Arts & Crafts, as well as bicycles, karts, according to the schedule and the Terms and Conditions in force.
- Access to the Family Village: outdoor playful site, dedicated to families, with two heated swimming pools, wood-fired jacuzzi, trampoline, table soccer, ping-pong table, go-kart track, bicycles, sports/ activities centre, tent to work on body and mind.
- Access to spa and main pool areas is restricted to guests aged 16 and over.
- Villas include architectural features and open pools that may require supervision of young children.
- Check-in from 4pm | Check-out until 12pm.
- Blackout dates include public holidays and other peak demand periods, subject to hotel discretion.
Changes, Cancellation & No-show
- Once a reservation is confirmed, the hotel’s standard cancellation policies will apply.
- In case of cancellation outside the allowed period, no-show, or early departure, the prize will be considered forfeited.
