Day 1
Colombo Airport to Kotugoda
On arrival in Sri Lanka, you will be escorted to your transport vehicle.
Stop in Negombo for a sightseeing tour of the town, fishing village and lagoon. Browse markets and enjoy gourmet seafood.
Proceed to Kotugoda and check into the hotel to relax and unwind.

Day 2
Kotugoda to Kandy
- Transfer to Kandy (3 hours)
- En route, visit the Millennium Elephant Foundation. This organisation was set up to rescue and care for captive Asian elephants in Sri Lanka
- Next, visit a wood carving factory, spice garden and a Batik factory
- Enjoy the scenic drive that climbs up the hilly landscape; admire the vast lake and the golden-roofed Dalada Maligawa, where the sacred tooth of the Lord Buddha is enshrined
- Check into your hotel
- There’ll be a chance to watch a traditional dance performance in the afternoon

Day 3
Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
- Sightseeing in Sri Lanka’s beautiful tea-growing regions en route, including a visit to a working tea factory and estate
- Continue on to Nuwara Eliya
- On arrival, sightseeing of the town and golf club
- Check in and relax in the hotel
- Evening Hike to Ramboda Falls

Day 4
Nuwara Eliya to Yala
- In the early morning, you will set out for an expedition on the Horton Plains, a protected area in the central highlands covered by mountain grassland and cloud forest. Large herds of Sri Lankan sambar deer are common sightings, and the park is also an Important Bird Area with many species not only endemic to Sri Lanka but restricted to the Horton Plains
- The sheer precipice of World’s End and Baker’s Falls are also among the tourist attractions of the park
- Transfer to Yala
- Afternoon jeep safari to Yala National Park, where you can see wild boar, deer, leopards, elephants, bears, peacocks and many more animals roaming freely
- Rest of the day at your leisure at the hotel

Day 5
Yala – Galle
- Morning jeep safari to spot wild leopards
- Transfer to Galle
- Sightseeing of the Galle fort and town. Admire the architecture shaped by centuries of invasion and trade. Today Galle Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site, brimming with restaurants, cafes, antique and fabric shops
- Rest of the day at leisure in your hotel in Galle

Day 6
Galle to Colombo Airport to Malé Airport
Transfer to CMB Airport, then fly to the Maldives (international flight as per your own arrangement and excluded from tour price).
Transfer to your resort in a seaplane.

Relax at your hotel and enjoy the blissful Maldivian beaches.
