Our 2017 Feel-Good Awards are in full swing and you’ve been selecting your favourite places to stay in droves. Alongside your very valuable votes, we’ve invited some of our discerning blogger friends to help us decide four category winners. So, without further ado, we’d love to introduce you to our first globetrotting judge. You might even discover a few insider travel tips along the way…
First up is Abbie Ting, creator of Bikinis and Bibs, who is judging our VIP Kids category.
Based in South-East London, Abbie shares exotic and cool travel locations for families, beautifully designed child-friendly accommodation, and a large dose of fashion for mamas and kids.
We love following her sun-filled travels with her young son Rex, and have definitely discovered some cool kids’ fashion ideas for our mini i-escapers.
So, Abbie, which destinations are on your travel hit list for 2018?
Fingers crossed, we may be going to South Africa in February – it is somewhere I’ve been wanting to visit for a very long time.
What’s your happiest childhood holiday memory?
It’s being on holiday with my mum in Ibiza and running around on the island’s beaches with my friends.
What’s your bucket list destination?
Costa Rica. It looks like a tropical dream and I’ve heard it is great for families, too.
And your “I have got to go back there” destination?
Anguilla, in the Caribbean – I went a few times when I was 20 and was wowed by the beaches and beautiful hotels. I’d love to go back and see if it’s still as good as I remember.
